Owen Bethell ran in the British 10K London Run on 12 July 2009 and he's giving all his sponsorship money to Hepatitis B Foundation UK. Thank you very much, Owen.

Owen writes: "... the race was good – I went round in a time of 47.29 which I was pretty pleased with. Not my best time but it was boiling! The route was good going along the Embankment etc – especially the finishing bit!"
