Crown Prosecution Service - consultation on sexually transmitted infections

The Crown Prosecution Service is seeking final views on a public document to explain the way in which it deals with cases involving the intentional or reckless sexual transmission of infections which cause grievous bodily harm. Hepatitis B is one of the infections covered by the draft policy.

The draft policy statement will be available for public consultation from 01 September until 03 November 2006. For more information, please click here.
