On 26 September, staff at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) celebrated the launch of the new antiviral drug, Baraclude® (entecavir).
BMS generously decided to use the internal celebration to raise funds for Hepatitis B Foundation UK. As a result of their efforts the Foundation received the sum of £652.43.
We are very grateful indeed to BMS and its staff for their wonderful support and interest. As a token of our appreciation, BMS has been presented with the first ever Hepatitis B Foundation UK Appreciation Award. Penny Webb, our Co-ordinator, presented the Award to Max Honer, Entecavir Business Management Associate Director Northern Europe, Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals Limited.
